There are people who live in and near to the site that don't want the Dragon Fest to happen in 2009. They say that it's an environmental disaster, they say its a health risk, they say its noisy.
They do not want the Dragon Festival to go ahead in 2009. They don't realise that people will turn up anyway - they have for 11 years.
There are other people who live in and around Los Cigarrones near to the festival who definitely do want the festival to happen. They think that with a bit of co-operation and and some donations, the site and thus the festival could be made safe and go ahead.
